A punch version of the popular green smoothie recipe. Fresh vegetables and herbs go well with sweet melon and apple flavors.
Add plenty of ice to a blender. Add Bols Melon, apple juice and some fresh kale, spinach and cucumber. Spice up with black pepper, honey, and fresh basil. Blend well and serve immediately. A non-alcoholic version of the smoothie is easily done by simply replacing Bols Melon with some soda water or juice.
